OUR PHILOSOPHY

“Simply Good”

We are Sabine Köll and Simon Richard. Our philosophy is “Simply good”. This symbolises how we act as people and hosts, and also guides us in respect of designing the rooms and menus. 

In addition to the state-of-the-art kitchen, the buffet in the rustic dining room is being renovated.
Just like the atmospheric Rösslistube, it also seats 25.

 

We will be happy to tickle your taste buds on the newly designed garden terrace which seats about 30 people.

Welcome

As the new hosts, we look forward to welcoming you to the refurbished premises of the restaurant Rössli in Feutersoey. After gaining many years’ experience in the catering sector, the last 10 years of which were in Robert Speth’s restaurant Chesery in Gstaad, we were given the opportunity to manage our own restaurant.
